It is that time of year, time to “Float the Boat”!! The fundraising bouldering competition event will be held on Saturday, January 18th at 8am. Presented by High Country Outfitters – Atlanta, Unique Outfitters – and The Southeastern Climbers Coalition. Course setting by Bob Cormany & Team Boat Rock. All proceeds go to the Southeastern Climbers Coalition. Even if you do not plan on competing come and enjoy there will be food, beer, and fun!!
The Atlanta Climbing Club will once again provide breakfast and an assortment of hot beverages before the event. Let us know if you are interested in helping.

IMPORTANT! – Parking, awards, food, after party and assorted shenanigans at Mellow Mushroom Corporate Headquarters, 5375 Drake Drive, Atlanta, 30336, 2.4 miles from Boat Rock, in the industrial park off of Fulton Industrial Dr. with the huge red pipe sculpture at the entrance. High Country will be shuttling to and from here.

Also, don’t miss the pre-party on Friday the 17th starting at 7:30 at High Country Outfitters. The Southeastern Climbers Coalition and High Country Outfitters present an evening of Music, Wine, Beer, Hors d’oeurves and a slide show presentation to benefit Boatrock and the SCC. Admission: $5 per person donation. Complimentary admission to all comp participants, pre-registration for the comp available.
